Let us help
you gather

Creo works with large companies and organizations, helping them to communicate through moving media. Often the communication culminates in an event, such as a Capital Markets Day, a quarterly report, a global meeting for all employees, or a public seminar for a large organization.

Creo can offer three different event formats.

Event

Online events

Definition
All participants are online. Speakers can be either online or, for example, in a studio. Most often, the speakers participate with video, but it can also be only audio broadcasts.

Implementation
We often use our own event platform Creo Media Manager (CMM) to broadcast events. With CMM, we have full control over both design and interactivity capabilities. Otherwise, we can use any event or distribution platform.

We love to broadcast from our own studio, Creo Studio, specifically built for this purpose. But we can broadcast from any location, be it our clients’ offices or other venues. Read more about Creo Studio here.

Examples

  • Live broadcast for a global company from a trade show in the United States. Planned and managed from Stockholm, produced on site by a local crew. We directed the programme live from our control room in Creo Studio, received a video signal, added film clips, graphics, interactivity and connected other participants from other locations via Teams – and streamed to the audience – with CMM.
  • Live Capital Markets Update from Creo Studio, with the CEO, CFO and Business Area Managers on site. The program was led by the company's Head of Communications. Creo managed the production together with the customer's PR agency.

Event

Hybrid events

Definition
Some participants are online and some are present physically. Speakers and participants can be either online or in, for example, a studio (with space for participants). Or both.

Implementation
Here, too, we are happy to use CMM to broadcast the event.

Creo Studio can accommodate an audience of up to twenty people. If more space is required, we can broadcast from any other venue. We adapt our technical input and the quality of the delivery to our customers’ needs.

A challenge with hybrid events is to communicate both with the on-site audience and the participants online and make both groups feel involved. We have the tools and experience to do this.

Examples

  • Live broadcast from a seminar for government agencies from a large conference centre in Stockholm. 130 participants on site. 25 speakers. Over 500 viewers online.
  • Live broadcast of the Annual General Meeting followed by a seminar for a large organization. 100 people on site, about 30 online. Voting was managed with software built into the CMM.

Event

Physical events

Definition
All participants are physically present as well as all of the speakers. Focus is on the physical event, and it is normally not broadcast live, although it is often documented on film.

Implementation
Goal setting, insight work and target group analysis set the framework. Creo takes overall responsibility. Depending on complexity, we can bring our sister agencies in Aura on board or our external partners for large technical solutions.

Examples

  • Large physical internal event in southern Sweden for a global company in the construction industry. 300 participants from all over the world.
  • Capital Markets Day for a global company in the transport industry. 100 analysts and media on site over three days. Creo had overall responsibility for the event, building the venue from scratch.
